We specialize in the districts of North and South Kohala, and we have a long list of satisfied buyers and sellers having completed hundreds of transactions since 1987.   While I chose to close my downtown Hawi office in 2009, after almost a decade at that location, I continue to serve past clients and referrals. 

No, it is not possible to be the "neighborhood expert" on the whole island. It’s the Big Island, after all.  If you are interested in buying or selling in another district, we would be happy to refer you to recommended quality agents with whom we've done business in other Districts, or even on another island.

Searching for Property in Paradise?

*First you will need to be sure the Big Island is "your" island.  Perhaps you like to research on the internet first from home. Then you may need to do a lot of driving, research, and talking to locals to find out which district of the Island of Hawaii is right for you. The Big Island is incredibly diverse--in climate (changes every few miles!), lifestyle (from the exclusive resorts to large ranches to traditional neighborhoods) and of course price.  You can start your research and exploration of North Kohala neighborhoods or the South Kohala resorts right here on our website!

*Our goal is to find you the right property. We are great listeners and that will save you time and money.  We will show you all available land and/or homes in the area that meet your parameters, regardless of whose for sale sign is out front.  Plus we often know of properties that aren't officially on the market, but might be for sale to the right buyer.
