North Kohala:
Heading east from our office in Hawi, you will find Kapaau, Ainakea, Halaula, Niuli'i, Makapala--all the way to the end of the road at Pololu Valley. Above town you will find areas such as Kaauhuhu Homesteads and Maliu Ridge.
Heading west and then south from Hawi are:
Puakea Ranch, Puakea Bay Ranch and the Ranches at Puakea Bay (oceanfront), Kohala Ranch, Kohala Estates, Kohala by the Sea, and Kohala Waterfront.
South Kohala:
Over the mountain road from Hawi or heading up from Kawaihae Harbor you will find the cowboy town of Waimea. Heading down along the coast are the Mauna Kea resort, Mauna Lani resort, Puako, and the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Waikoloa Village is a residential neighborhood up the road from the resort.
